Our onboarding process is straightforward and user-friendly, allowing you to quickly get up and running. After initial setup, user training can be completed in less than an hour, and in coordination with onboarding your trades, you can be up and running across multiple communities in a couple of weeks.
Our TradeTrax Customer Success team will partner directly with your trades to guide them through each step of our simple onboarding process. We will train their teams on the use of the platform and how to maximize the value and collaborative power it provides to their teams and business. We will monitor your trades use of the platform and during the early stage, we will proactively outreach to their TradeTrax users to support the correct use of our mobile and web apps to reinforce behaviors that cement user adoption.

These Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions under which TradeTrax, Inc (“TradeTrax”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) makes the TradeTrax Platform (the “Platform”) available to you (“you” or “your”) as a registered Platform user. By completing and maintaining your registration on the Platform, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. Initially capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Service Agreements (“Services Agreements”) available to authorized parties of these agreements.
